Newtown!
The Church at Newtown Road is a Christ-centered community meeting for service in Halfmoon, NY at 10am until around 11:30am each Sunday.
We are devoted to proclaiming the gospel, growing in biblical truth, and living out the love of Jesus together. Rooted in Scripture and strengthened through authentic relationships, the church exists to help people know God personally, follow Him faithfully, and share His hope with the world.
First time? We would love to have the opportunity to connect with you. Be sure to put your Communication Card in the offering box in the back then pick up a free gift from the Connect Booth in the back of the sanctuary after the service. You'll find team members there to greet you and answer any questions you might have.

As you approach our campus, our main entrances are highlighted by large monument signs. You'll want to park near our Worship Center (the largest building). It's a good idea to arrive about 10-15 minutes early, especially if you have children who will be checking in or if you have never attended with us before.
What To Expect
The main entrance to the Worship Center is right up large steps in front of the building. There you'll be greeted by one of our team members who will direct you to the Sanctuary, our Child Check-In, or provide you with any information you may have about our church or services.
You can use the lower-level entrance to go directly to our Child Check-In area or if you need a handicapped accessible way to reach the sanctuary.
A Place for Kids
Throughout the year, our Newtown Kids program runs during our Sunday worship services. Kids will enjoy fun songs and interactive Bible teaching. Our preschool room is located right across from our Child Check-In while Elementary (1st-5th) children meet in the Student Center. After the service, you'll pick your kids up directly from their rooms. Children's programs end at 11:30am.
If you have children under the age of 36 months, you can check them into our Nursery. If you decide to keep your little one with you during the worship service, we offer a Family Room out the back of the Sanctuary in case they need to stretch their legs (or lungs). The video livestream of the service is piped right in so you don't have to miss a moment of the message or worship.
What To Wear
We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you're joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you're wearing. In the summertime, it's not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Others still prefer their "Sunday best," and that's fine too!
